‘Analytics:say the unsaid’ blog and upcoming book review

First month of 2019 changed my life forever. Four smart guys from grandes mendes private limited (Pune) came to college that month. Training aimed to elevate our college professors levels. Sitting side by side students tried hard to par with the oldies.

Data became my new obsession. Since i have never stopped to look at any other MTech Computer science study material. The humble but worlds most popular data analytics tool was first day topic. Yes it is the Microsoft excel which also is Microsoft number one product. Our mentors later focused us to R for rest of the days.

Training from mentors made a great impact and we were pushed from all four sides. Malay single handedly made the whole session light. Amit sir with others also gave help with insights from their own perspective along with industry. Facing the technical data wind went from linear regression places to logistic regression place on along the way learning diagnostics. Becoming the data scientist was not our destination rather learning journey was destination itself. If people learn to enjoy the journey they arrived on the destination far valuable than one at the end. Thanks to Malay.

Malay Rout is philosopher and mentor different from professors ofcourse ! His blog no different than him. As a data analyst one knows Analytics:say the unsaid book. The book has only concepts and excludes maths. Spread between pages beautiful lively real life examples. A real deal which one can give to peers working in projects. Data hungry friends can joke with each other using the book humour. Writer describes the gist of the subject with pun and humor refers his fun as philosophy. I am compelled as a philosophy lover to revisit book and posts which gives a fresh meaning to jargons everytime. Happy reading ! link with him from my following link.
